Payment in full must be received upon check in.

All reservations are subject to a seven-day cancellation policy.

Reservations cancelled without 7 days advance notice from date of arrival will forfeit one night’s room rent plus tax.

Refunds will not be given for early departures.

All prices listed do not include applicable sales tax.

Room Preference

You may reserve multiple rooms, all rooms listed will be charged for the dates listed above and billed to the address listed above.  For each room selected, please list the occupants and their ages (if under 18).  Room types are not guaranteed until you receive written confirmation (mailed with your invoice).

Each person listed must have a liability waiver on file with SDSM&T before checking in. 

Waivers are available on-line as a PDF.  Waivers for adults; waivers for persons under 18.
