CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: Registrants who cancel fewer than 10 days before the workshop, or who fail to show up for the workshop, are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Alternate participants can be specified at any time prior to the workshop, at no charge, by emailing Victoria.Karnes@sdsmt.edu with the alternate's name and contact information.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to low enrollment, inclement weather, or other factors. If we cancel a workshop, your entire registration payment will be refunded.

PAYMENT POLICY: We encourage you to email to let us know of your interest in the workshop, but we cannot hold a spot for you without payment. The following payment options are available.

Credit card payment may be made in person or by submitting your payment online.
Vouchers: SD state agencies or SD BOR institutions may pay by voucher; send registration to Victoria.Karnes and include the account number and name/contact info of the person who will handle the billing.
